Awful company , sent wrong size vehicle to pick up severely disabled daughter for medical appointment which she missed due to them. Tried to rebook a caddy for pick up , wouldn’t help , said they don’t know in advance what cars they have on the road. These losers were recommended to us , we booked with days to spare. Thank god we didn’t pay !!! Reading reviews tells me never use this company !!!!!!
I have used Ian's Taxis a few times, most recently for an Airport (Drop off and pick up). My experience has been first class! Always on time...excellent communication (text messages, with vehicle arrival time and type of vehicle)....friendly and helpful drivers....office staff (I have always spoken to the same young lady) extremely helpful!....the pricing is clear and very reasonable ( in my opinion). I myself am very happy with them.
We was told the price would be 13pound when we got there it was 45 he had also taken us the long way round, the price was already 5pound before we got into the cab,windows were ziptied and aircon was. Ot working not suitable in 24degrees
Had a short journey to Winsford train station from the town centre earlier today, and had a lovely experience with Ian’s Taxis. The driver, (who I think was called Anthony), was such a friendly man, made me feel really safe and definitely added a personal touch with his conversation. Don’t often get to hear praise as much as we do negativity, so thankyou to Ian’s Taxis for being great, and to Anthony for getting me to the station on time and with a smile.

I used Ian’s taxis today for the first time and I was not disappointed. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and my driver was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was even sent a text telling me he was on his way and which car he would be driving. He even carried my very heavy shopping bag through 2 sets of gates and up to my door! Thank you Darren, I really appreciated it and I’ve booked with your company again for my evening out tomorrow. Highly recommend this taxi company.
