   We booked this taxi about a week in advance in order for us to catch a train .Ten mins after the agreed time ,it still hadn't turned up so we rang and were told that someone would get back to us ( no one did ) .We began concerned and rang what used to be Westside Taxis in the hope that they would be able to help us .They said they would try and did and they got us to our train on time ,even charging us less than Crewe Cabs had quoted .

   Driver completely ripped us off and overcharged us. 20 pounds for a routine, early afternoon, 4 mile journey. Twice the price it should have been, when we compared to our friends who'd taken the same trip an hour earlier. Make sure you get a quote in advance!

   Used this service and was charged 2x the price of any other service provider, when I asked why it was so expencive on a normal week day I basically got told to deal with it and the driver was very aggressive about this, I will definetly never use this service again and wouldn't recommend that anyone else does.

   I would not recommend this company. They deserve no stars never mind one. They send you an email when you make an online booking asking you reply to confirm, and then when you do they do not show up to the booking. We spent over an hour stuck due to this, missed our train and had to pay over £100 for new tickets. When calling they rarely pick up the phone, and then on this occasion when we finally got through they denied any knowledge of the booking, despite me having an email when the full details in it!

   I have only given one star because its not possible to give none. I booked for 4 bridesmaids to be taken the the venue. No cab, no explanation, and no phone answered, appalling! beware.

   My train was cancelled from Crewe and I was travelling with my two year old on a very important journey so I was feeling very stressed. Chris couldn’t have been kinder; I was so relieved! He sourced a car seat for me, helped with the pram, so calming and practical and helpful. If I could give ten stars I would! Really helped me out and with the nicest attitude. Got me all the way to north Shropshire calmly and was a great communicator. Thank you so much!
