   Ordered a taxi that never showed up, the man on the phone had no idea where anything was located and I had to repeat my location 5 times, total waste of time don't bother.

   Booked Grove taxi service in advance as had 2 large groups going to a party. The arrangement was sorted that an 8 seater would do 2 runs and cost £8-£10 for each return journey. However we had a 6 seater from City Centre turn up late, at the wrong number house that could not accommodate all 7 of us and they charged £10 each way ! City Centre have taken over Grove Taxis, but even so the information of our booking was not passed over correctly. We thought we would provide a local firm with local business but never again with these clowns.

   Used them a few times and they've been good, on time and the woman on the phone was very friendly. However on one occasion I booked a taxi and forgot to cancel as I didn't need it any more. I apologised and would have paid for the drive to my house for the inconvenience but no request was made. Now they refuse to come out to me. A petty move by the driver.
