   I phoned to book a taxi from the train station end of nantwich road to Miller and Carter, to be told this isn’t a long walk (I am pregnant, and was on a hot day) then the driver never showed and argued until he was blue in the face that he was there at stated time which was incorrect as we had been there 5 minutes before arrival time was due. I haven’t used them since as they are clearly unreliable.

   DON'T USE THESE AT ALL. A TRIP TO DANE BANK FOR MY DAUGHTER WHICH IS 10 MINUTES FROM MY HOUSE BY CAR. THE DRIVER WENT THE LONG WAY ROUND ON PURPOSE. DRIVER SAID £14 BUT CHARGED HER £12. I CONTACTED BEE LINE AND HE SAID IT WAS £8. STAY AWAY AS THE DRIVERS ARE OBVIOUSLY POCKETING MONEY FOR THEM SELVES.

   Friday night the taxi was booked for 12.00 midnight. The time came and three adults and two children were stood waiting for Bee line to arrive. We waited and waited, 30 mins went by I left 14 messages but no one answered or arrived to pick us up. We were abandoned in a rural part of Cheshire! That’s how much risk you take when booking a taxi with Bee line Taxis’s, never again
