   I had some enquiries on the phone about a piercing i was wanting to get. When they answered they treated me horribly. Extremely unprofessional I got dry bland answers on the things i was asking about. They then proceeded to rush the call and end it, muttering about just walking in. 0/10 from the treatment i got on the phone you wouldn't catch me dead in that shop.

   I have been getting piercings from this place for over 2 years, and every time it was exceptional. The piercers have all been great. Recently I had a ball fall out and I came back to get the jewellery replaced and also wanted some advice. My usual piercer wasn’t in so I was served by Richard. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and condescending. He treated me like a nuisance just for being there. I will still go for Jess, but this experience has ruined the place for me. I had recommended this place to my sister for her first piercing and she also had a similar experience. Such a shame. It’s not hard to be nice and understanding towards customers with enquiries.

   Great place to get a tattoo. Jess is great on reception handling the bookings and calls etc, super chatty and friendly. Jimmy is a great tattoo artist, knows his stuff and his ability to hand draw anything you need is what you want in someone in this type of work. You get a custom piece of art to have on your body, what's not to like!

I’ve recommended her to everyone I know in Aberdeen! Her fine line tattoos are so precise and heal very good! 10/10 every time!

   Decided to get some piercings for my birthday today. The whole experience was relaxing and almost painless. Zoe made me feel really comfortable throughout and I even got a wee discount for my birthday. Would highly recommend.

   Really friendly staff but unfortunately my septum was pierced too low. You aren’t supposed to see where the holes are at on each side but with my one you can and it’s a nightmare to find really tiny septum hoops. If I wear the standard hoop sizes they are too low on my face and it doesn’t look great. Annoying

   HAD TO GET IT PIERCED TWICE BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME THEY DID IT WRONG. So, last Tuesday I did a walking for a septum piercing (I've had one in the past from Utopia and took 2 minutes). I got pierced by a blonde lady. She was struggling to put the piercing in and kept pushing and pulling while I had a needle through my nose. I started panicking, bleeding and crying, asking her to stop because it was too sore. When the older and more experienced guy came in (I'm assuming Richard), he started telling the lady how she was "doing it wrong". He then took the needle out and had to repierce it himself. I'm still very upset because I feel like customer service wasn't great, especially from the guy's part. If she was doing it wrong, he should've just took over without saying all that to my face while I have a needle through my nose and I'm literally in pain. I have quite a few piercings from different places and something like this has never happened. When a business makes a mistake , u also usually don't pay full price, however they made me pay in full. Its ridiculous. I left the studio crying and my nose started bleeding heavily again after. I honestly would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I'd give 0 stars if I could and I really want my money back...

   I feel they may be very good artists based on images I've seen and their longevity in our community. But their communication with customers is very poor and after three pretty honest attempts to get a slot with them, I have been treated very shortly on the phone and left waiting for over 45 minutes at the studio when I was told their would be a time for me. Having been tattooed in Australia by someone who had been tattoed by Richard, I was very excited to have that story to tell. Alas, that will not happen. Plenty good reviews on show but sadly my experience which of course didn't even end in a tattoo, was not one of them.
