   The studio is such a lovely environment, and the staff are beyond kind. Nathan scheduled me in to ensure that I had complete privacy for both my consultation and piercing appointment, clearly answered any and all of my questions, and was overall lovely to get pierced by. Reassuring, professional, wonderful to chat to, and never left me waiting during our email conversations. I’ll certainly be back for future piercings and would recommend others to book with this studio without any hesitation.

   I got my belly button pierced today by Jordan, and both he and Nathan were amazing! The whole experience was really professional and comfortable. I felt a bit dizzy afterwards, but they were both so kind and reassuring, and made sure I was completely okay before I left. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Highly recommend Utopia if you’re thinking about getting a piercing done!

   My daughter and I visited Utopia to each get a set of lobe piercings. A first for her and a second for me. The studio itself was exceptionally clean and welcoming. My daughter was very excited but became very nervous. Nathan was so kind and understanding and took time to answer her questions and help her relax. He went at her pace and she is delighted with her first piercings. I honestly couldn’t recommend Utopia enough. Every member of staff we met was so friendly and really made it feel special for her.    Nathan has a great team with him including Jordan the piercer and Tyler the tattoo apprentice with impeccable hygiene practices. The studio is beautifully decorated, friendly and relaxed with one of the biggest selections of jewellery to choose from that I've even seen. Definitely recommend paying these guys a visit if you live in the area or even worth taking a trip like I did.

   I got my septum pierced at Utopia which was my first piercing since my lobes as a kid. Nathan was fantastic and explained what he was going to do and made me feel really at ease! Megan was also very welcoming when bringing me into the store and explaining the process. Highly recommend!! UPDATE: I returned to get my rook pierced by Nathan and once again the whole experience was perfect (especially for a piercing I thought would be painful, it was quite the opposite!)
