   Worst service ever, booked a taxi to Crewe train station and they never showed up making me lose the train. I rate them with one star because I can't rate them with 0 stars

   Booked a taxi for a 3 mile long journey expecting it to be around £18 as that’s what it said on the website, to be told once we got to our destination that it was £30! Absolutely extortionate for a 10 minutes drive. Especially with no warning of the price change.

   Needed a taxi at short notice, for my daughter and my grandson, within half an hour they were there, they felt very safe and comfortable with the driver, excellent service if I could give a higher rating I would xx highly recommend oddies to anyone xx thank you so much xx

   Really terrible service after a 25 min delay there was nothing they could do on price. Allegedly already gave me a discount to my location although i pre booked 90 mins prior do not use this cab service

   Taxi was 25 minutes late, but nobody called to let us know - we arranged for another taxi to pick us up as we were left stranded. When a taxi arrived we got in it, only to find it was our original taxi but VERY late. We then had to cancel the 2nd taxi. Very embarrassing and frustrating. The taxi driver however was very good - a lovely smooth drive which is why this review isn't one star!

   Brilliant service, used oddies a few times now and they never let me down. Even when the driver was 1 min late, he managed to ring me and tell me he'll be there any minute. Would recommend! Oh yeah and let's not forget about the brilliant customer service I always receive!
