   We have akways dealt with Jessica Young as originally dealt with her at her previous TUI position but for the last 3 years she has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING would have maybe tried a holiday with other suppliers as we travel abroard 3 times a year but the service & help we have received from her is second to none to a point we now look on her not only as our personal holiday advisor but also now a very dear & valued friend & feel very lucky to have her & TUI working for us.

From our destination wedding over 23 years ago, to our most recent family holidays, the team have always looked after us. They have the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism.    We recently had our wedding in Punta Cana, that was booked through TUI King Edward Street last May. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more! There were a few issues along the way regarding the hotel, but all of the staff in store were always so professional, but also personal and understanding to any concerns I raised. I would like to especially thank Rebecca, Emily 2 and Laura in dealing with my complaint. Exceptional service and a credit to the team. Thank you for helping me book my dream wedding, and for being there when I needed you.

   Me and my boyfriend visited this store recently to potentially book our 4th holiday. We had been booked in with Georgina as she has been with us from the start and she knows what we like and dislike. She is very accommodating and is full of recommendations and suggestions on how we can have a stress free holiday! We originally went in just looking for prices for a 7 night cruise and ended up coming out with a smile on our face and another holiday to add to our collection! The team as a whole make you feel very welcomed and there is always service with a smile! 10/10 would recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   Booked my Disney World holiday with Vicky in store who is the Disney expert for the store. Who went through all we needed to know about best tickets to book, all about the park hopping options and booking park days. Also the benefits of staying in a Disney hotel with great recommendations using own photos to bring the holiday to life and knew this was right for us!    Absolutely amazing service in this store last week. We were welcomed with a smile at the door by the lovely Laura and then offered a drink for while we looked at holidays with James who was amazing, so very knowledgeable. He listened to what we like to do and what we have done before and found our dream holiday with everything we needed, he then took us over to the bureau where we met the lovely Diane who gave us a fab euro rate. My experience in this store was so nice - everyone was so friendly and made our holiday booking a pleasure.
