DO NOT BOOK!!!!with the company Completely missold us our holiday to Malta. When complained was given the runaround by staff each blaming each other. When continued to push issue was passed to manager. Sent repeated emails but no response. Would never book with this company again
I have used this travel agent for many years and have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. I am always kept up to date with any changes that might occur and I would always recommend them to anyone
Do not recommend now . We have always booked our holidays with you for 9 plus years . But your staff wasn't helpful at all. We came just after Christmas to book a holiday but left disappointed no help whatsoever . So we have taken our custom elsewhere had to give one star to post
Excellent service. We've booked through dawson & sanderson for both holidays this year and hope to continue! Lovely friendly staff so helpful, they strive to find the perfect destination and so far haven't disappointed! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Professional cannot do enough for you helped us book both my holidays one to turkey and my surprise holiday for my wife and you can have a laugh with the staff in there and they will do there upmost to get the best deal for you it proper old school service which other companies could follow suit and erika and Josh are brilliant at what they do for there customers as is the rest of the team

Both me and my fiancée had visited the store in hull yesterday, for a personal matter and to book our honeymoon upon this visit we where introduce to the store manager josh cotton this guy, all we can say is wow an amazing ten out of ten plus for his customer care, what a lovely lovely guy, in all my years of visiting any store i have personally never been treated so kindly and with so much detail to what we wanted and what josh had personally recommended for us, the experience and time he spent with us had made us feel fantastic calling and talking to us using our first name terms his vast experience of knowledge about holidays was brilliant and has made us decided to now use this store for all our holiday bookings we can not praise and recommend enough you either visit the store or contact them over the phone to speak to josh personally or his staff, brilliant
