She has been amazing, and let me say extremely patient, when it has come to helping me and my husband planning our next holiday.    Absolutely fantastic customer service this weekend from both Simone and Sarah in helping me secure a dream come true cruise for my family to help celebrate our upcoming 30th Wedding Anniversary. With various needs to take into account, they were so patient and done all they could to ensure our booking could be made. You often wonder whether you’ll get that phone call back when you leave your details but they did not disappoint, in fact it took a couple of lengthy phone calls back to sort everything out but was so worth their time and efforts.
