I really didnt want to even give it 1 star but that was the only option, based on my own experience this company is absolutely shocking, due to travel 18th March did not inform me it was cancelled, rude staff , unwilling to refund my money absolutely no correspondence from them whatsoever , I have had to keep ringing and emailing them to be told I'm not getting my money back ,this true review will be taken down as they dont like the truth
I along with 3 others have just arrived back from holiday early due to the virus. The manager of the travel centre was an absolute god send getting us new flight tickets checking us in online and been up to date with what was going on where we were and informing us of situation at home. I dont know what we would of done otherwise.
Really helpful, price matched a jet 2 holiday from the Web, would definitely recommend
