   We have been gong to Siobhan for over 3 years and have always been so happy with her work. She gives our dog beautiful cuts and answers any questions we have. Reasonably priced for the standard of work. Great knowledge too and helpful.

   I took my 10 month cockapoo to Siobhan last week for the first time. She is a very pleasant lady who has a great knowledge of dogs and what she is doing. Our dog was well groomed and I definitely will take him back for future visits.

   Avoid! brought my dog here as he needed a cut because of the heat and wasn't due at his normal groomers for another month. Picked him up and got told she had nicked his ear - she had cut both ears, twice each then put some powder on it to stop the bleeding, 5 days later id to go to the vets because of the state of one of the cuts due to the powder she had used. Refused to accept the blame, offer refund or to pay for the vet bill - also accused me of abusing my dog because I asked her why she continued to try and cut inside his ears because 1 - I hadn't requested this. 2 - Why would you continue after the first cut never mind the second and third, extremely unprofessional, dog would have been better suffering the heat than going to this dump

   Good place for grooming. We have a rescue Yorkshire terrier, very delicate and sensitive dog. He is too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Siobhan listens to us, gives him light trim for winter and chops a lot more for summer. We go back every time he needs any grooming. The other dog of ours does not need grooming, bit enjoyed her pampering session.

   My little Maltese came out ‘sheared’ not groomed. She was so bad we didn’t recognise her. Naturally we complained only to be told the dog was full of knots which was completely untrue. We have before and after photos to prove this. She went on to say we only wanted our money back,, again untrue, money doesn’t come into it when it’s for our little one. In brief she shouldn’t be grooming dogs nor dealing with the owners in the unprofessional way she does
