Lovely travel group. The contact person for us here was Sarah. They booked our accommodation on behalf of the guests. Communication with them was seamless. They were always reachable , even on weekends and evenings. We found them very easy to work with . We recommend them to other hosts and will be more than happy to work with them again. I have been using Rapid for over 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are extremely professional and responsive even when I have left it until the last minute to book. On the very rare occasion when there has been a small issue with a hotel, it has been dealt with immediately and without fuss. The staff are all incredible. I would highly recommend to any business or leisure traveller. 5 stars all round and very well deserved.
I have been working alongside Rapid Travel Group for the last six years whilst accommodating their clients working in the area. The team are polite, friendly and efficient. We have had an ongoing booking with Rapid Travel for over 2 months now (extending numerous times), and they have been ultimate professionals throughout. Whilst I've spoken with a few members of staff, all of whom were very polite etc, my main point of contact has been Tom who is down to earth, friendly, professional and clearly has great interpersonal skills which have been used to great effect with mutual benefit to us, Rapid Travel and his client - including where we have had to deal with some awkward challenges (not the fault of Rapid Travel). We hope to continue working with Rapid Travel on this project and would be very keen to work with them again in future.
We use Rapid Travel to book our accommodation for our site guys working away. The team are always super responsive and come back to us really efficiently with options for us to choose from. They're also always really helpful if sometimes the requirements aren't right and they need to have another look for some more options. It has been much easier for our office booking accommodation this way than when we used to do it ourselves. Would definitely recommend Rapid Travel Group!
