   Two out of three bookings failed to show in past week . Service in chaos . Driver who did eventually turn up couldn’t operate in car system and had very little English but was a nice apologetic fellow. Drove last night on third chaotic failure. Unreliable Wild West .The amalgamation of taxi services in Shrewsbury has removed healthy competition. Avoid if you can

   Really nice driver. But when he picked us up he didn't put the handbrake on and his car rolled and *nearly* ran into the neighbours car. When he collected us at the end of the night I handed him the cash and opened the door.... he didn't put the handbrake on and ran over my foot. He only found out due to my screaming 'you have rolled on my foot'. He then slowly reversed so my foot escaped. Again, a nice guy but definitely needs to start using the handbreak. Still better than GoCars.

   Great value: Called at short notice requiring a taxi from Shrewsbury to Aberystwyth late at night after missing the last train. Charge was very reasonable and provided a very professional service, remaining cheerful even with unexpected road closures on route. Recommended.
