Came into the Scunthorpe store to pick up some travel money was greeted by the lovely Toyah. She was kind in explaining to me what currency to take on my holiday. I wouldn’t go else where. I will be back again to book my next holiday with her.
Booked an holiday with Andrea yesterday, the service was excellent, firstly we spoke to Andrea on the phone, then she sent us some holidays to look through. We picked one, went to the shop and Andrea did the rest, she made it so easy, stress free, just the job. We would definitely recommend Andrea and the Tui team
Came into the Scunthorpe store for some advice in regards to my booking, I was welcomed by Kayleigh who answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about my upcoming holiday, she even recommended a few trips to do whilst on holiday! Will be coming back to book with Kayleigh for our next holiday. She’s a credit to the company.
I had a holiday in mind that I had been quoted by the Scunthorpe store via email. I popped in to book it! Andrea was lovely! She booked my parents cruise two years ago, and is always a pleasure to deal with! There was a little niggle when booking the holiday, but herself and the manageress were able to fix it in no time! All Scunthorpe Tui staff are fantastic! They really know their stuff. Char, who saw us this time, had patience and knowledge in abundance, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We went in to book one holiday and came out having booked both my husbands 60th birthday and a cruise for mine the following year. Thank you so much. We are so excited for both our holidays.
Absolutely fantastic team! Sam has looked after us for a few bookings now and she has been amazing. Going above and beyond with advice and has been very patient when we can't decide. Went into the TUI store Scunthorpe today to book our Honeymoon to Orlando. We was met by the lovely Kayleigh who was very polite and helpful, she knew all of the answers to our questions and was very informative. Big thanks Kayleighy can't wait for our honeymoon! X

We had been trying to find a holiday with decent flight times, but couldn't find a holiday and flights that suited us. We called in to the Tui shop in Scunthorpe, and Andrea asked if she could help. We told her what we were looking for, and in no time, Andrea had found a holiday with reasonable flight times, and got us a discount too ! Andrea was very pleasant to talk, and very good at her job, while we were there she also sorted out our airport car parking for us. Thanks Andrea for all your help. I don't think we'll bother looking online for our holidays in future, we'll just call into the Scunthorpe Tui Store and let Andrea do it for us !!
