I had a SIPP with True Potential and was curious to see if I could directly invest in commercial property. True Potential did not facilitate this and I thought the idea of directly investing in a commercial property was dead in the water. I found out about Advice for Life through one of the parents at my son's football team. I then had a meeting with Shaun from Advice for Life Financial Planning. Shaun was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He carried out a risk assessment and deemed my proposal to be a good financial investment using a portion of my SIPP. Shaun suggested a company called IPM who directly invest in commercial properties and with the help of Shaun along with his sound advice I've now managed to directly invest into a commercial property that will provide good returns into my pension for years to come.
