Georgina is very highly skilled and an excellent therapist. She seeks to thoroughly understand the root cause of injuries and provides hands on treatment, plus appropriate exercise advice, to both alleviate MSK problems, and aim to prevent recurrence. She is practical, realistic and empathic. I recommend her absolutely.
Went to Georgina for a massage to sort out various aches and pains. She is excellent. This was a thorough therapeutic massage, following which I felt much better. I have been going monthly for a few months now.
Following referral from a physiotherapist around 5 years ago I found the treatments that Georgina offers to be beneficial in addressing varying aches and pains, predominately associated with long term lower back issues. Georgina has successfully treated me for numerous hip, leg and foot injuries from running, as well as back and shoulder injuries from desk working. She always manages to identify and relieve my pain. For long term fixes she gives me regular treatment, and gets to know my body and my lifestyle to give realistic advice that fits in with my need to keep active and continue working at a computer. For me, Georgina stands out from any other sports therapists I have been to for the variety of treatments she is qualified to use at her fingertips. At first I was alarmed at the cupping on my calves but it treated my painful calves and plantar fasciitis amazingly well! She also sometimes uses a combination of treatments e.g. she used needling, massage and cupping on my shoulders to relieve me of my headaches and arm numbness that I got from bad posture at my desk. She's also so friendly and makes me feel at ease. I couldn't recommend her more.
Georgie gives very professional and effective treatment. She has used the dry needling technique on my legs to treat running injuries. She also introduced me to how the fascia works and how it effects our bodies which is not only interesting but her massage techniques of it really work. Highly recommend
