   Absolutely terrible experience while driving on the dual carriage way. We were travelling in the left hand lane as I am carrying a child. To our disgust a lorry driver from your shamble of a company, to be beeping and swearing at us. I just want to reiterate that a vehicle that is promoting a company and driving in that manor is absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like this is the first incident of this happening, reading prior reviews. Teach your drivers some decent driving etiquette and most importantly how to drive safely operating a HGV.

   Unprofessional. Rather than checking the map before setting off, or stopping in a nearby layby, today this driver pulled off the main road 2 miles too soon, got stuck down a single track lane...then tried backing out, but thought it better to illegally enter a private church carpark and rip it up to turn around!! Unprofessional

   So Sorry to Learn that our beloved James aka (Jamo) has passed away. James was always very kind to me and it was a pleasure serving the Shirley Transport Family.    Challenging road conditions on the A1 yesterday evening. All drivers I came across driving at safe speeds and distances, except one who chose to lower your company's reputation. Please have a word with the driver of MX05 RXC (18:45, heading North to the M18 turnoff). Unsteady in their chosen lane; hopping as if they were a privileged sports car in a unique hurry; they forced one car, parrallel in the outer lane, to retreat two thirds of the Shirley Transport lorry-length, because (s)he had decided they were going to overtake then, no matter what.
