   After recently being introduced to Neon Freight, we have been using them for our International Shipments from suppliers. Not only have their rates saved us a considerable sum of money compared to our previous shipping rates (on DHL account) but also they have freed up a lot of our time by dealing with the collection and delivery contact points so we can concentrate our energy where our strengths are. I will be recommending Neon Freight to all of my associates who are in need of help sending and receiving shipments as that's what they do best. Their response times have also been incredibly fast throughout and they make the process so easy.

   Neon Freight go above and beyond what other freight forwarders provide in terms of service levels, capabilities, professionalism, pricing, pride and customer loyalty. Their service is the most professional I've encountered in the industry and their knowledge is second to none. Even when a situation arises where there's no handbook to refer to (COVID-19 being a prime example), the Neon Freight team will work on resolving the issues at hand, even in their own time and for as long as it takes to get the problem sorted. They certainly aren't a 9am-5pm company and will endeavour to provide the best service 24/7. They even offer advice on questions outside of the shipping/forwarding processes and again, if they can't answer it wholeheartedly, they'll take the time to research and come back to you with the answers. Neon Freight are my first choice forwarding company and whenever discussing freight agents with colleagues internally, at conferences Worldwide or whilst networking locally or online, Neon Freight are always at the top of my list and forefront of the conversation surrounding shipping. I highly recommend Neon Freight and would urge anyone looking for a freight forwarder to contact them, even for a brief chat. I guarantee that you will be impressed and will most likely begin a long-term relationship with them. I'm convinced that Neon Freight will become a key player in the UK freight forwarding sector in the coming years.
