   I have never used this company but I wanted to share the unprofessional manner of one of their drivers today. His truck was stopped and right indicator on as though turning into a shop carpark area. A car stopped on the opposite lane to let him turn. I thought he was simply turning right however he didn’t. He appeared as though he was going to park on the pavement then turned so he could reverse into the car park. Because I thought he was simply turning I started to move forward but stopped as soon as I realised he was reversing. I moved back a little but the driver who had grey hair and is I’d say at least late 50 to 60 started shaking his head at me, was very intimidating and appeared as though he was shouting at me. He made me feel very uncomfortable and I think this behaviour is not warranted and he certainly wasn’t professional. I think from the previous reviews about their drivers as well as this today the company need to review who they are employing because I shouldn’t have to feel intimidated by an old man when I am out in the community doing my job as a nurse

   Hi there - just for clarity this isn't a review about the company's services. I've never used them so can't comment on that. But given the absence of an email address anywhere, I've had to report this issue here. I was travelling on the A518 around the Uttoxeter area yesterday (Tues 17th) at around 9-9.30am and one of your vans, driven by quite an old looking guy - maybe late 60s, tailgated me for about 5 miles. Right up my backside, constantly way too close as if he wanted me to speed up...despite the fact I was consistently travelling at the speed limit. If I'd have had to brake suddenly, there's no way he'd have been able to avoid hitting me. I tried to get his reg number, but he was so close to me, I couldn't see it in my rear-view mirror. I'm sick of men in vans doing this - so I'm flagging it. It's obviously up to you what you do with this information. Thanks.
