Very interesting course. Enthralled for the full six weeks, never boring. My favourite part was the Seven Sacred Flames, week three, I think. Paul's soothing voice is so relaxing during the meditations. Well worth doing for enlightenment and spirituality.
I was a bit sceptical going into hypnotherapy as I wasn’t sure if it was going to help me with my issues at the time, but after just 3 sessions I now have complete control of my situation and haven’t needed any other help in the last 10 months since seeing paul.
