Very good service. Tracked the parcel through the tracking system, very easy. I also phoned STD to ask if driver could call me 30 mins before delivery, and they did. Met the driver (Very efficient and helpful guy) Delivered a full pallet promptly and in good condition. All the service was common sense. Thank you STD :)

Refused to deliver pallet, which couldn’t be lifted by two people, to the house. Their policy isn’t to deliver on gravel paths. Don’t use this company if you have a gravel drive. It can’t be beyond this company to offer an alternative delivery system.
Utterly horrendous company. Gill and Robert are especially vile to deal with and appear to be the managers which is concerning. The most unprofessional encounter I have ever experienced. They talk over you and refuse liability. Their driver delivered our playhouse on a pallet, loaded it onto a pump truck and rammed it through our gate into the garden hitting the post attaching the gate to the wall and left. My partner went to close the gate after not realising the extent of the damage and the whole thing came off the wall. When I informed them what had happened they immediately refused liability, telling me their policy is never to enter properties therefore it would fall to the driver to pay for damages. Gill spoke over me and just kept repeating the same scripted paragraph and hung up on me. The company we ordered from (outdoor toys) have been no help and have repeatedly redirected us to liaise with STD developments, whom of which refused to confirm their insurance details with an extremely juvenile approach. Robert (the main manager) at STD went as far as to call me a scammer trying to get a new gate out of them and told me his driver never entered our garden! I am utterly appalled to say the least. We live in a new build, we don’t want a new gate, we rightly wanted them to fix what they damaged. We have been forced to get it fixed for the safety of our 3 year old toddler, at a cost to ourselves. However we will be taking this further. Avoid them at all costs!

Did not return telephone calls. Delivery sat in their warehouse for nearly a week before they returned it to the supplier who arranged alternative company with a positive attitude to deliver it.
When complaining they don’t listen just talk over you. Staff obviously need training. I felt threatened by a driver as a woman alone at home after being questioned repeatedly at my door. I would have at least expected to be heard out. Shocking best to avoid in future I’ve never had a delivery experience like this ever.

9-2 delivery slot - Not offered a call 1h before or an updated slot on the day - Delivery arrived at 2:30 (not even a call to say they would be late) I had to call them. Would not even help me lift the delivery in to the garage! (1 meter extra)
