A family ring that was my great grandmothers that lost a stone sent it to get it made into its former glory 1 week turn around and it looks brand new the staff and service was amazing i could not ask for a better service from start to finish
I love my wedding band from H Samuel. After 5 years I noticed it turning slightly yellow (which as I understand is normal for silver plated rings). I arranged to get it silver plated at the store in Rushmore however, it only lasted 6 months before turning yellow again. I contacted customer service online to ask what they could do for me and they explained that if I travelled to the store (1.5 hours round trip with 2 babies) then the staff would be able to help me out and get it sorted. I made it clear that I didn't want to travel to the store unless they could do something for me to make up for the bad quality job. I travelled in, explained the problem and received the worst customer service. I tried explaining that the quality was nowhere near acceptable for the money paid. The lady and gentlemen at the store explained that it was my fault for washing my hands. They even pointed to my baby and said it was because I'd been using baby wipes with the ring on! When I explained that I came all this way because the online agent said they would help me the gentlemen said 'I am helping you, I'm explaining it to you'. I was so frustrated that I just had to leave the store. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and bad quality job.
I needed a particular watch sourced for a gift for my future husband, after the website cancelled my order I contacted the store through phone to be assisted by Courtney. She was absolutely amazing, found the item, supplied me with all the relevant information & made the process seamless. Would definitely recommend

Brilliant wee store, staff so friendly and helpful! Much better than sister stores, the staff feel like they actually want to help which is a nice change! Happy with my stunning ring and the bespoke service for my wedding band! Highly recommended.

I've had bad experiences with this store and after last time I swore I would never go back to this chain and the only reason I did is I called into the one in castlecourt Belfast and their service was fantastic and the staff in craigavon could learn alot.
Clean and bright open space, with plenty of light to view all items etc. Staff are well trained in helping to find the right item at the right price to suit all budgets.
Excellent staff, especially Sammy, the manager. Great shop to get watches or batteries replaced. The manager is extremely helpful and the staff are too. Never have any problems with them.
