Customer service in store was 100 percent and I will be back. It’s great as a male choosing jewellery For my picky partner is hard enough but the girls were spot on in helping me. She was highly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring I found the perfect watch that suited both my budget and preferred style. Roisin was friendly, approachable, and an excellent ambassador for the business. I never felt rushed during the process and left the store extremely satisfied with my purchase.    Me and my fiancée came here looking for wedding rings and were greeted by the lovely Tina. I can’t praise Tina enough for making us feel so welcome and comfortable! They gave our engagement rings a quick clean and they came up sparkling! Tina was very patient and spent a lot of time showing us different options and made sure we were 100% happy with our choices. I was a little harder to find one for but Tina was very nice about it and helped me find the perfect ring! There was a great discount in store and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We could have chatted Tina all day! There were two other ladies working as well and they were very lovely too. 10/10 experience and would recommend anyone to go here for their jewellery.
