   Staff in office will quite happily sit there and completely ignore you, miserable and full of their own self importance. The shunters are spot on and are willing to help. Warehouse staff are quick at loading once you’re on the bay.

   We have been delivering a few pallets here on behalf of a large company .We start around 00.00-01.00 am arrival is about 5-5.30am always we have to wait for a bay when we get on a bay there seems to be some delay in getting tipped .The Irish trucks get tipped straight away everyone else has to sit and wait the staff don’t communicate just go home around 5.45am then the next shift don’t start till about 6.20 am I find this frustrating after we have drove over 4 hrs here .So we’re always between 1.5-2hrs every time maybe I suggest the staff hand over is done more efficiently and closely together or over lapped many thanks M Smith ….
