   Imagen running a buy back service but you haven't had any cash to buy things for two months, doesn't offer the loan service the rest of the franchises do, having to sell my Xbox to a competitor rather than a buy back. 100% this owner does not care for the franchise or customers. Not only does the franchise owner still not put cash into his business, the shelves are empty due to lack of stock. Despite the store stating they close at half past five, I am at risk of losing my item because at half 2 they decided to have lunch, not a problem everyone needs to eat. But at 3 O'clock they removed the gone for lunch sign and merely turned the lights off. I have been waiting since they went to lunch and did not notify me of the early closure. Now they are closed for the weekend pushing my back into jeapordy. As some one who suffers mental health issues, including travel anxieties, social anxieties. I find it difficult to leave the house most days, I needed the finical help line at the time but now it has become such an overwhelming stress. The stores opening hours are not consistent at all, sometimes I am due to come in and the store is completely closed with no reason why. I should not have to triple check opening hours with Google, the day before I am due and the day itself just to make sure my item is secured. I am willing to lay money the staff still get paid for working till 6. Since last year this franchise has had issues with cash, that have continued until today. The lack of stock makes the shop look like it's on it's last legs and the franchise owner seems to be excited for this. If I were the parent company I would be looking to financially audit this establishment. I am currently having a massive panic attack that I am going to lose an item of sentimental and monetary value I cannot replace because of this. I feel this is highly unfair, I am suffering because this franchise is unable to provide the service it's there to provide. I have photographic evidence of early closure of required.

   Living quite close to this shop, I pop in most weeks to see the ever changing variety of guitars these guys have. They now have a new staff member who is very knowledgable in stringed instruments and was more than happy to help with any queries I had and wasn't pushy to sell me anything. I will be returning to buy another guitar for my grandson next week! Brilliant service.

   Fantastic service. A wonderful man named Andrew fixed my husbands bass guitar. He went beyond what was expected. I thought he would say, “sorry it’s not repairable, but I can sell you this”. He didn’t, instead he said he could look and see if he could do anything. He fixed it! So now have a very happy husband. Thank you Andrew

   Me and my partner are frequent visitors to our local cash converters and every time we visit there we never leave without a smile or a laugh. The staff there are always courteous and enjoy a good banter, we have always been explained on what we can or can't sell and their information is ready at hand. We enjoy visiting cash converters because of how the staff treat us and will continue to use them for as long as we need to. Thank you to the staff at cash converters for all your assistance.
