   Ordered my son a bike for Christmas with the website saying it will arrive for Christmas and it isnt so im left with no bike or money to replace it and I can't go pick it up me and my son are devastated

   Poor service and worse after care. Asked for advice on a part which I was unsure about sizing. The assistant sold me the part suitable. Not one hour later after I tried fitting it I realised the assistant had sold me and advised me on an incorrect part . I returned it only to be told I couldn’t return it! Legally, yes I can . I was told I could only get a credit note . After a brief battle with the very unpleasant assistant I received my refund only to be told’ I’ll do it this once ‘ despite it being a legality. Avoid this retailer and use a specialist cycling shop is my advice.

   Bought a bike from here this morning, no issues with the bike but while I was waiting to have the bike inspected I was advised that I had 1 months free insurance. Great, and thanks, but the terms require you to buy a Silver graded lock, no problem as we need a lock anyway. I was shown a silver graded lock and said ok, I will buy this. The assistant knew that I had bought a specific bike but did not tell me it doesn’t fit with this lock. Ok, sometimes mistakes happen. I arrived home and tried to fit the lock bracket to the bike but I find out it doesn’t fit. I return to the same store and as soon as I walk through the door a young man who initially inspected the bike became greatly aggressive and confrontational saying you can’t return it, were not taking it back, it’s your fault for not asking if it fitted before you bought it. He said this always happens when people don’t ask. I was quite shocked at this behaviour. It seems there is no common curtesy to help people or guide them when purchasing. The aggressive nature of this young man needs addressing. He incorrectly told me I can’t return which legally I know I can, this is unacceptable behaviour and for this you get a 1 star.

   Brilliant service always happy to help. Everyone goes the extra miles to help I've walked in with bike problems for all 3 of my family members and the staff are happy to replace and even advise on what to do next even down to a different place for a cheaper part. Then they are even happy to for the part for you.

   Booked my bike in with evans over on mount pleasant as I was experiencing problems with my chain and cassette, Steve, josh and James kept me informed with my bike every step of the way and managed to rectify the saga of issues my bike had that I didn't even know of i definitely reccomend you take your bike here thanks again.

   Incredible customer service from Mount Pleasant store from start to finish. Friendly and efficient, advised well on new bike lights, fitted reflectors on my bike for free, even went down to collect my bike from outside and carried it up and down the stairs himself. Can't recommend enough. Will use Evans again for sure and James is an absolute credit to the company!
