   Experience with this company is just a nightmare after another. If you’re buying from this company be prepared to face a few steps until you get anything done - they do not accept address changes. So if you make the smallest mistake be sure that you’ll have to cancel your order and place it again. Everything fine. If it wasn’t for the lack of good will they have when dealing with your requests for the refund. It feels like you’re dealing with very unprofessional service. - After that I purchased the same product on another website (Marcy home gym) We’ll be aware that all Marcy machines in the Uk are sold solely by this company. Which was charging me 569£ on EBay and 499£ on the so called website (exercise.co.uk) - When you call the company staff is very arrogant over the phone they really don’t care about making your life any easier. the processes are slow and inefficient and they patronise you without giving you a fast solution. I doubt if this company is really in the UK. Feels like a call centre somewhere else. - It is a mess I have now finally got my refund after calling them 7 times. - If I was aware that the website belonged to them I wouldn’t have purchased the equipment from them. I would go even to another brand just not to have to deal with this company who acts like they have a monopoly on the Uk fitness market. - Anyway. If you don’t want to get mad avoid. This company is a mess and they don’t care about you once they got their hands on your moneys. - The delivery is another nightmare. They left the boxes packed on my sidewalk. 100kg in 2 cardboard boxes packed inside a wood structure. HUGE. That thing could not be handled by one person. Well the delivery guy told me either I would sign for the package left careless on the street or he would take it back to the truck and that’s it. I do not believe I pay a delivery service in order to some truck just throw some staff on the sidewalk and go. I had to deal with this to put inside the house myself. Terrible is not enough to describe the hell ive been through from the first moment I clicked to buy something from this lousy (dis)organisation. The worst service I ever had. I really hope that at least the equipment is worth all this trouble. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
