Everything was sorted really quickly. Ben was brilliant. However I personally didn’t like being passed to different people along the line. That said the process was smooth and sorted quickly.

As soon as I signed the agreement on finding a mortgage, the assistance, communication and service was mediocre to say the least. Get a local financial advisor, with a personal touch.
Nearly £1000 in fees...for what...incompetent, rude advisers who did the bare minimum not taking stress away from the customer. Hopefully that £1000 will go towards some customer service training.
They were incredibly helpful in finding a great product for me despite an unusual issue with demonstrating my income. The only negative was a little bit of a hard sell on other insurance products - I said no but they kept pushing. That said if you can ignore that bit, I would absolutely 100% recommend them - thank you so much.
Mortgage advisors are Incompetent, Liars and management trying to cover up. They submitted our mortgage application with Halifax, week later the mortgage advisor called me to say the application has been rejected but they didn’t get any reason whatsoever from the lender in writing ( It’s a big lie to cover their mistake) and he said they had a phone call from Halifax to say our application has been declined. I was so stressed and desperate to find out the reason as we had all the documents in order. I didn’t believe from day 1, a lender will decline the application without giving a reason in writing but the mortgage advisor was adamant he didn’t get anything in writing. I had so many phone call and email with mortgage advisor asking to contact the lender to get the reason in writing but he wasn’t interested at all. Three weeks late, after making further complain, our complain was handled by a fellow mortgage advisor called Peter. He then confirmed in fact they did get the reason in writing from Halifax and he forwarded the reply from Halifax. After doing my own investigation, It turned out The mortgage processor messed up our application and typed completely wrong employer name , address including a telephone number that doesn’t even exist in the planet. Interestingly they had no knowledge of this until I point this out to them but yeah they call them self an expert in this industry. As the result the application was rejected for discrepancy and not being able to verify employer detail and Your mortgage people tried to coverup their own mistakes by not sending me the decision from Halifax for weeks. What is more interesting is when I made complain with email evidence about their lie and mess up on my application Mr Peter argue they have done nothing wrong and he has no decency to apologise and improve their service. Shame on you Peter.
