Just the best shopping experience in the Gosport store getting everything we need for our new puppy. Justine was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable.

Wonderful local pet store. We went in to purchase a harness for our Dachshund puppy and Jenna came to our assistance. She was very friendly and approachable, explained to us about the different types of harness, helped us to try some on our puppy and we are very happy with our choice. All staff here are very friendly and shop is very clean and well stocked.
We attended the Gosport branch for their Saturday morning free puppy socialisation hour with our Bullmastiff puppy. It was recommended after we had a bad experience elsewhere and it has been AMAZING! Our puppy was super nervous and timid to begin with, but the environment is so great and perfect for puppies that he was soon so confident and happy. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and you can tell they absolutely love animals. What a great experience for both us and our pup, thoroughly recommend!
Well stocked and friendly service. Large range of products including a really wide selection of dog harnesses, leads and coats. Open Sundays too which was useful. New collar identity tag and harness purchased.
I bought R•O•R puppy food. Turkey flavour. My dog really enjoyed it eating it! I will definitely be buying some more.
The staff in this store are not just polite and helpful thay are also very knowledgable about the products they stock. It is a real pleasure to shop there.

Great service and always friendly. We’ve new kittens and Charlotte gave us some brilliant advice on how best to groom them and what combs/brushes to use. Highly recommend.
