   Poor customer service... Poor standard of workmanship for a repair and 70% more expensive. This is what my Granson had to experience! The guy who runs this place certainly has a Attitude problem! He is Rude and unhelpful! If he does not want business why doesn't he say so? There are other local cycle retailers offering great service & proper repairs as we found out after demanding a refund from Star Bikes and going elsewhere. As the saying goes... "Buyer Beware"!!!

   Well I’ve just like to say a big thank you to Roy at star bikes ,he has built three bikes for me now since 2016 and every bike has been exceptional. Roy has been servicing my bike regularly and I can’t fault him .i have been to most bike shops over the years but Roy is miles ahead when it comes to build and service thanks again Roy five star.

   Not welcoming considering your a customer, the guy I spoke to was borderline rude. Just wasn’t helpful. Not nice to speak to. I don’t even think he did a good job and the job I had I thought was expensive. To add to this I left my number and was expecting a message, call or voice message saying it was ready to be picked up. A week passes and I ring them and say is it ready? He replies yes. I say oh didn’t know why didn’t you call me? He says aggressively “I never call anyone”. Not a good experience, would go elsewhere.

   The guy I spoke to in the shop about a second hand bike was quite argumentative and seems to have some kind of personality disorder. I went elsewhere. Your experience will hopefully be different.
