Well equipped gym , great equipment and plenty of free weights, great health suite for relaxing after , only negative comment I have is the floor in the wet changing area was quite grubby and didn't seem to get cleaned on a regular basis , not the nicest experience when trying to get to a cubicle from the shower in your bare feet.

Unfortunately it is a very dirty and disgusting place. Writing this review after many uses over the last months. Nothing has changed. Floor and changing rooms are disgustingly dirty. Pictures taken at 9am so you expect to be clean. Bugs at every drain on the floor, hair, sweets, dirt and grim everywhere. Toilets are revolting. Staff are unfortunately just not up to the job!

The woman on the reception desk is very rude. I have seen her yelling at people the past few times I have been in, myself included when attending with my 2 toddlers. After paying and booking she is still very sharp in her attitude, even muttering about us under her breath as we walk through the turnstile. As a foreign person I can’t help but wonder if this is her problem? Have cancelled my membership as a result.

Brutal. Tried to take my 2 kids swimming today. It was always a walk in and wait place but I checked the website and it said no need to book Monday to Friday but maybe during holidays. So I tried booking in advance using the app and it wasn't responding. Drove 30 minutes and queued only to be told it was fully booked. Other people there had the same experience. Website/app needs to be seriously improved. Only word is a joke for what happened. And the staff lady was trying to say I must not be using the app properly so I took my phone out I'm front of her to prove it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Last time we tried to come 12 months ago it was closed for major refurbishments when we arrived. Literally nothing on their website to say that only some articles from online news sites.

Brilliant.. it was a tone up a special occasion.. swim and fitness room .. staff were fantastic.. and Mr O hare in the fitness room was a real motivation ..He was able to guide me.. and give me a program that suited my age and pace ... months spent and well worth it ...

Definitely would recommend changing the rules for print outs of barcodes when booking swimming online. Very confusing and not needed when you get there. I had never been here before so I didn't know this and last minute was running around looking for a printer . This was explained by the friendly receptionist otherwise staff friendly and enjoyed my experience here.

Very unhygienic. Dirt that I noticed in the bathroom 8 weeks ago still hasn’t been washed. Sauna also not cleaned very often, changing rooms are only hosed down and not properly cleaned. They also never answer the phone and leave it to the other leisure centres to pick the call up. Good facilities though

It's still a lot less busy than it was before the manufactured lockdown so you can use the gym and swim whenever suits you. The pool will be closing end of November for 6 weeks for repairs.
