I took my dog boo to the pdsa Monday for a planned, euthenisia, Jessica was the vet that day, words cannot express how amazing kind and gentle she was. She talked me through the process and was talking to my boo bear through out the whole process even when she had fell asleep, she also had me paw prints done. I can never say thank you enough for making one of the hardest experiences of my life that little more easier to handle i would also like to say a big thank you to the lady behind reception who was amazing and caring and also the nurses. You all took great care of my baby and I'm forever grateful

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They have treated my fur babies with such love and care and always go the extra mile, which is especially important as first time pet owners. I really love seeing all the vet students' enthusiasm and empathy

The staff were so friendly and very kind. I was only able to donate a little but was not made to feel guilty. Infact, they were so grateful, as if I'd donated thousands. Superb vets, amazing people. 100% recommend!

This place is so busy, it's understaffed and over populated but the staff are wonderful. I've sadly lost two cats, the staff were so good to me. Yes if I had money my cats might have lived. This is a charity and they prevented my babies from suffering. I see so many demanding entitled people, if you can get your lips full of Botox you can go private. Leave this service for those who genuinely have no money. If you don't like it go elsewhere. Thanks PDSA for everything you do xx

PDSA Cowplan Waterlooville so much better both there response aswell as how relaxed all the pets are here and how friendly and respectful all the staff are. The entire atmosphere is far better here for both yourself and your family animals from many of other vets I've been to.

Last night at 10 - 11 our dog Buddy Suddenly collapsed out of nowhere and we called the PDSA Out of hours for them only to send us to Vets Now. They didn’t have the equipment to help him or the medication so they sent us home and told us to take him in the morning. Knowing full well he’d had a seizure out of nowhere, his gums were pale and he was borderline Hyperthermic or cold as they said. They told us to keep him in a dark room, cover him in blankets and we did. But his back legs went this morning around 7am and his breathing got worse. Unfortunately he passed away because we were sent home. We would have gladly of went to PDSA in Cowplain because maybe then he’d still be here..
