If there was a way to leave a review with a 0, I would. If there is anything you can do to ensure you don't use this company for a delivery or buy anything from anywhere that does you should do it. They turned up with a washer dryer delivery, barely agreed to bring it through the door, refused to put it in the utility room and just ignored anything we said to them or asked them. They actually couldn't even agree between themselves what they would and wouldn't do and proceeded to squabble.They eventually called 'marie' at their head office who had the same inability to listen, be polite or offer any kind of service, incapable of understanding the difference between 'please put it in the utility room' and 'please install it'...the latter of which they were never asked for but repeatedly used it as an excuse to not move it 5ft through an enormous doorway. Eventually they just dumped the item in the kitchen and left and frankly it was a relief to have the two unpleasant fellows out of the house so we could get on and move it and install it ourselves. A disgrace of an organisation. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery team inexplicably refused to take a 73cm fridge-freezer through our 75cm front doorway on the grounds that it was 'too narrow'. We offered to take the fridge doors off to make it easier for them, but they wouldn't wait 5 minutes for us to do it. Which was ironic, considering they arrived 45 minutes before their delivery window, forcing us to rearrange our own plans to accommodate them. So now we have a fridge running in the garage, instead of the house. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

Can't give 0 stars or less even. Absolutely Appalling Service from 2MHD – A Total Delivery Disaster! My experience with 2MHD, handling a Costco delivery, was an unmitigated disaster. We ordered an American-style fridge freezer, a substantial item weighing over 100kg, and clearly communicated that it needed to go to our first-floor kitchen, accessible via 10+ steps. Despite this crucial information, 2MHD inexplicably sent only a two-man team. As anyone with common sense would know, moving an item of this size and weight up a flight of stairs requires at least a three-person team for safety and efficiency. Unsurprisingly, the two delivery drivers immediately declared they couldn't complete the delivery. What happened next was even more infuriating: instead of attempting to find a solution. When I contacted 2MHD's customer service, I was met with the same unhelpful attitude, your next delivery will be in 6 days. They were as useless as the drivers, simply echoing that the delivery couldn't be made before hanging up on me. There was absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation they had created. We had provided all the necessary details to 2MHD beforehand, yet they completely failed to plan and execute. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it left us without a fridge freezer for a further six days (total 12 days), compounding the frustration of having our old one fail. To make matters worse, Costco offered no support or responsibility for 2MHD's gross incompetence. In the end, with no other option, I had to cancel the entire order with Costco. This entire ordeal was a shocking display of poor planning, terrible customer service, and a complete disregard for the customer's needs. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid 2MHD if you value your time and sanity. They are utterly incapable of handling anything beyond the most straightforward deliveries.

Terrible experience after ordering a Costco fridge. There were 3 access ways around my property for them to get my fridge into my kitchen, and each time they would find an excuse to not be able to do it. - Almost dropped the fridge twice when getting it out of the truck - Refuse to remove fridge doors to make installation easier (which is apparently no longer standard?) - Measured my doorways poorly (I had my own tape measure and measured right after them, finding out they were measuring a few cm too short each time) - Lied about the width of the fridge when I found an access way wide enough (claiming it was several cm wider than it actually was) - Once a feasible access way was established, they started saying they need an additional 5cm of space and so could not do it. This was never established beforehand or online. In the end they left it on the driveway. My wife and I managed to install it ourselves in less than 30min without their appliance trolleys or movers! Lazy, clumsy and rude individuals. Also made no attempt to identify themselves, I had to go through Costco to not only get a refund on the installation cost but also find out this company's name! Wish Costco would use a better delivery company. If you're ordering anything bigger than a washing machine through Costco's website, don't bother paying for the install fee because they just won't do it!

I purchased kitchen appliances from a small N.I. family run company that I am choosing not to name at this time. Items were dispatched in good time for our kitchen fitting. 2 man delivery has held the items for more than a week refusing to deliver them and refused to tell me when they arrived with them. We are now without a functional kitchen and our fitter is now fully booked for several weeks. We ended up reordering from another supplier. 2 man delivery didn't care that our installer was booked was obstructive and misleading in information provided to me. An extraordinarily poor experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Avoid! They were hired to deliver a tumble dryer from Costco. They ignored delivery instruction, damaged brand new wooden flooring and left the dryer in the middle of the living room. Impossible to communicate with the delivery people as they didn't speak English, so couldnt rectify issues before they left. Customer service didn't response and Costcos customer service was just as useless. Avoid at all costs, I should have taken warning from the other reviews.

Poor. 2 business deliveries in a couple of weeks. 1st time they rang 90 minites before time slot and said they were 30 minutes away. Luckily i had someone who could accept the delivery early 2nd time I had a call 40 minutes prior to the slot to say they were 45 minutes away. 25 minutes later i had a call to day open the door. I was travelling to the property.for the time allocated so v. Annoyed at this. When i told him he said they were 45 minutes the guy said repeatedly no he had said 35. Moments later he said he said 25. He could hardly speak english or understand me when i kept saying no one was there, and the time slot i was driving to get there for and kept saying open the door. By chance there was someone to accept the delivery. Dont believe the timeslots and be prepared to deal with delivery drivers who speak v. Poor english. I would never choose to use this company

Awful service. The delivery of my washing machine was meant to also be installed (paid an additional up front fee). They first said the water pipe was too short (this is before they had even taken the machine off the lorry) - i unpackaged it put it in place to show them it was long enough. Then he said it was the waste water pipe that was too short (it is not but i could not prove this without first unpacking the machine and putting into place and he would not stay). Then said they'd tried installing before and caused a flood elsewhere, that it's always a problem with this machine (trying to put me off). Then said they don't install someone else comes to install. Then they said it's no problem costco would refund us. They kept on making up lies to get away. Terrible service. Frantic delivery. Do not use this company.

Delivered a tumble dryer on behalf of Costco. Delivery team who spoke to us on the phone were very rude, the customer service was terrible and barely spoke English to top it off. They didn't follow the delivery instructions that were given when booking a delivery and were not very cautious delivering our nearly £850 tumble dryer, myself and my partner carried our new tumble from our garage through our garden and unpackaged it ourselves, definitely would avoid using them again of I could.

Terrible service - when I called to ask for delivery after 10am for bedbound disabled person. 2MHD said there was "no manager" present, no possibility of accommodating the disabled persons need (no one else possible to be present until 10am) and as if that wasn't enough, the man terminated the call (I did not raise my voice at any point), refused to give his name. Strong need for customer service training.
