Sat and waited all afternoon for a delivery to arrived only to receive an email saying “sorry we missed you we attempted delivery.” No easy way to contact, worst courier company I’ve ever used.
Unable to give a zero star review. Crewe branch are absolutely disgusting. Been lied to over the last week about a delivery. Then find out from sender they have returned it back to them. Couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery. Worst delivery company I have ever used. Will not use again .Will not recommend if anything will be telling people to avoid using them. Found out my neighbours company stopped using them as they would collect parcels from them and then they would loos them
This as to be one of the worst delivering companies I have ever come across. I can't even begin to explain how horrible this company is. How they are still in business is shocking. From their agents to their delivery services. So frustrating. I don't know why companies still us them. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week.
I would give 0 stars if i could. 2 days waiting in for the delivery. No communication. No refund. They have sullied the reputation of another company that i ordered the goods from. Very disrespectful to customers.
Received an email on Friday to say my delivery will arrive on Monday between 8.00am and 6.00pm so I had to take the day off work (self employed). The delivery never arrived and there was no communication from them at any point. The business I ordered from can’t be very happy either as I am now going have to reject the delivery as I can’t afford to lose another days income. Never done across service so bad.
Unbeknown to me a seller used this TERRIBLE so called "delivery" company and claim my parcel has been delivered when I can show evidence it hasn't. They also show an erroneous picture of my premises that bear no resemblance to my house and have forged a signature that isn't mine.
Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. They only deliver weekdays from 9-17 , they wont deliver to the neighbours and weekends, I spent 30 minutes on they’re chat but still my problem hasn’t been sorted. They don’t even have a place like royal mail where you can go and pick your parcel.
Got a card telling me they'd tried to deliver parcel. Rang to arrange redelivery. Got told this was the third try so they'd sent the parcel back. When I asked why I'd not had a card the first two times, I was told they don't do notifications. So flabbergasted by the stupidity of this statement, I forgot to point out that they had actually given me a notification (card) this time. So yeah, if you want a parcel carrier to totally fail to communicate with you, by all means use DX.
This company fobs you off every time you ring them saying parcel will be delivered next day then doesn't turn up. They then tell you it's been sent to wrong depot and will be in touch in 48 hours but don't. Have been waiting 3 weeks for parcel DON'T use these they are rubbish worst service I have ever known.
This is without doubt the worst courier service I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Not only did they leave my £1500 package on its side (it should have been upright), on the driveway after I'd contacted them to ask them to deliver on a specific date, the phone bill was £55 for them not to do what I requested. This company should be avoided at all costs.
