The NHS app directed me to a pharmacy about a medical problem. The pharmacist was brilliant - she dealt with my condition and prescribed medication and advice very professionally and promptly. Thank you. Would recommend.
Low stock, dated and broken merchandising, equipment and decor. Flu jab cancelled 3 times as nobody was available. Place looks like a wreck. Don’t envy the staff at all.
Very bad service. Signed up to them. First prescription I went to collect they said they hadn't received from doctor. They then said it arrived that day but when I got it date on meds it had been made up 3 days before so they lied. Went to collect script today as told it would be ready by 2pm. Went in at 3.30 and not ready.
Collected my medication and when i got home , I checked my repeat prescription and only to find out that the prescription was for another prescription I had for my eyes in 2021.
Pros: very well located, easily accessible from any place in Southsea. One of the staff (young lady from Eastern Europe) is extremely nice, professional and helpful. Cons: notoriously understaffed and most of the people working there (save for the aforementioned lady) are not very proactive. It is so severely understaffed that they often have to close the whole branch down early.
I have changed my pharmacy from this Boots as everytime I went to collect my prescription, it was closed without warning at completely arbitrary times. The picture included was taken at around 3pm on a weekday. No explanation given whatsoever. The one time I was able to pick up my prescription, I had to wait around 45 mins. What is the issue here? I’ve never experienced this before in any other pharmacy or shop. Avoid.

Been like this for weeks now! Not a very friendly environment in there, I tend to go to Superdrug now it's got full shelves and happier looking staff. The only reason I go in that Boots now is to collect my prescriptions, otherwise I wouldn't bother.
