Perfect place to visit for a short and peaceful hike through the forest. The road ends in this place and there are no other routes or paths out of it, but it's a nice simple excursion for a morning or afternoon

Great wee spot for a dander or bike ride. About 2miles each way . No big hills to get up and all on tarmac so kids and older people should be ok. The views are stunning. It’s a great way to access the surrounding mountains with paths in every direction at the top. Some lovely swimming spots if your feeling brave also. Love this place I be up here 3 or 4 times per week.(we call it Dinnywater)
