I was very favourably impressed by this practice. I am one of those rare people who own a parrot. Most vets know very little about birds as not much of their studies caters for them. Luckily for me, Phil is very knowledgeable which is so reassuring.

I have total confidence that my pets will be cared for with empathy and compassion by a highly professional team that are friendly and helpful with the same empathy and compassion for my family and I when our animals need medical care. Consistency in my pets care, seeing the same veterinary staff, is the benefit of a good independent practice. Most importantly I have always had an immediate response with any emergency that my pets have had and received the appropriate medical care on arrival. Staff are happy to help with advice on after care via the pets app I liked that I am able to easily keep up with my pets progress when in for onsite care. Highly recommended for animals and their humans alike!
Phil offers a traditional, local vet service with abundant care for the animals that he and the team know personally. Prices are transparent and reasonable. Having moved from an area where small vets have been taken over by corporates I consider us fortunate to have this service in Liphook.
We are so blessed to have Phill and his team in Liphook. He gives you time and welcomes a good debate about what is best for your pets. The staff are so welcoming and I can honestly say I don’t know what I would do if he wasn’t here. So brilliant that they also care for the wildlife and our planet.
