The staff here genuinely love dogs! I feel very happy leaving my dogs here, Lilah and Rio had the best time! They were very well looked after and came back looking fit and healthy ! We shall be back for sure !
Personally I won’t be taking my dog here again when I go on holiday…. I put my working brave and loving Rottweiler in kennels here after seeing good reviews whilst I went on holiday in a hot country. He was very well trained, mannered and a brilliant guard dog. I picked him up and he had no excitement to see me which is very unusual, I’ve been given a mixture of jelly and gravy food which is odd as I only delivered him with gravy version as per his sensitive diet specifications. He’s been home nearly two days and has now had a few dirty accidents in his bed and without warning which isn’t like him. He’s got no drive, enthusiasm or playfulness despite normally being very driven and playful and spent a lot of his time asleep even though our young kids have been playing around him and trying to engage him to play. I can’t say how he’s been treated as I don’t know for sure but I can’t say only judge on how he’s been. Also just to mention for anyone wondering in the future, the cctv you can view is only in the courtyards where the dogs have solitary time where I saw no human interaction. To say I’m not happy would be an understatement and I won’t be coming back again. One positive note is the staff seemed very friendly to me on delivery and collection.
Samson had his first doggy day care session today, he thoroughly loved it! So much so he didn't want to leave. What absolutely wonderful ladies. They all made a big fuss of him. I knew he'd be fine as he adores attention... And treats! Highly recommend! Thank you for looking after our pooch!
Just picked up our three from their holiday whilst we had ours from Carleton Canine Centre. Having tried another two kennels over the years we can thankfully say we have found our one… whilst leaving a review may make them busier and more difficult for is to get our three into it is well worth the recognition. Nothing was too much trouble, they understood the breeds and their ‘unique charms’ and all three had their tails up and were happy. (Past experiences with others not the same) we fully expected to have to wash the dogs when we got home but no need. I have no trouble recommending the kennels and their staff as they were all lovely. Thanks again x
We just got our latest dog, "Diego" a Dachshund who was a rescue dog from these guys (actually the Dog Sanctuary they manage on the same site). The aftercare was excellent, they use Stella Vets in Littlehampton who where also fantastic and ensured our young dog received all the vaccinations and aftercare he needed. Thoroughly professional and lovely people to deal with - Recommend.
Our rescue dog Skye is very well looked after here. She is on lots of medications and they made a clear plan to make sure she could still have the routine she has at home - Rene, Carla and the team are brilliant - and Rene talks to and loves Skye like she’s her own - we have used them a number of times now and will continue to do so -
My dog Louis, loves coming here for day care. The staff are always friendly, accommodating and really care about the animals they are looking after. Would certainly recommend!
We adopted our two Jack Russell Westie crosses from here 18 months ago, and we bring them back to be groomed here. The pups are always happy to see the staff , which is lovely.
