Shocking & ignorant attitude regarding Evri collection/delivery. I've never experienced anything like it. Fortunately, I've found an alternative close by. I'll never go here again, they are not worthy of a rating of even one star.
Terrible place, very rude and arrogant staff. Also do not take your Evri parcel there as they will say they cannot take it after a certain time even when they are open.
Don't waste your time trying to use here to return an Evri parcel . My return was a no package no label return for Amazon . They wouldn't accept it without it being packaged , attitude was rude and unhelpful. Used the post office at Hightown they were spot on , really helpful .
This drop off point is close to our house. Easy to create a delivery and all dispatches have been delivered.
