   Curry’s next day delivery says it will be delivered on the 09/08/25 but now DHL are now saying Monday the 11/08/25 when I paid for next day delivery also says the parcel was transported to the Stoke depo at 5am this morning which means it could of been out for delivery but obviously not interested and can’t collect on a Saturday or if fetch it, sort it out.

   Had a collection of an item that was repaired and returned to me. Where do I start it wasn't collected first time that was rearranged for the following day it was for pm but he came 2 1/2 hours early he was on the phone jabbering away in his mother tongue my wife was trying to explain but listening MR OBNOXIOUS. Parcel should of been returned between 16:17

   Loads of parking spaces, EV chargers and disabled spots close to the doors at the far end. Small reception area, with space to package. Staff were helpful, fast and reprinted my shipping label and repackaged my shipment for me. Excellent work on their part.

   Is Amazing people working there in Reception, which is very helpful and capable of advice you in any questions, even when my item search was unsuccessful, I am lucky to be there because They found out that the Email which I have received previously,has been Just misleading SCAM asking me to pay Two pounds online for delivery,so once I Was close to the DHL Depot I simply walk in and asked them about. Which was beneficial to me about the find out about the SCAMMERS Thanks to Good people Which is working for DHL Stoke on Trent Depots

   Parcel had a note put on saying to keep at depot, I'd not asked for that at all and had to go and pick it up. The receptionist said I must have, but the text message I had recieved to give me the link to track the parcel already had collection on before I even knew the link so couldn't of changed it, and didn't even realise it was there till they rang me to collect as the tracking said it was in Birmingham.
