   I have over the the years attended many first aid courses, as I worked in construction. All very much the same. However todays course was completely different from those prevoiusly attended as it was very practicle and engaging. I enjoyed todays course from start to finish and come away with a greater understanding of first aid. Thank you Jo, for todays lessons , I would recomend the Act First Aid course to all companies ,schools etc as you come away with the confidence and knowledege to make a difference.

   My team and I took part in the First Aid in the Workplace course on Friday, and it was great. Jo made the full day really engaging, and it flew by because she made it interesting and varied. The course was very practical and hands on which made sure that everyone could put what they learnt and observed into action. Would definitely recommend to other companies!

   What a brilliant course – far and away the best first aid course I’ve been on. Jo clearly knows the subject inside out, and has a lovely kind, calm manner – making everyone feel confident in her, and in themselves. The course covers lots of material; but is taught in such a way as to make it engaging, fun and memorable. It was altogether a really enjoyable 2 days, and I came away feeling very well prepared as a first-aider. Highly recommended.

   Joanne runs regular first aid training courses at Tranby for externals along with spaces for 2 or 3 staff members. This allows staff to attend without timetable disruption, networking with local schools and businesses as well as saving costs on training. This is certainly a beneficial collaboration and would highly recommend it. Joanne is professional, friendly and the feedback from our staff is outstanding.
