The staff are great there, the problem is parking, there is none. Also the company you go past on the way to the office have made the road into their yard, so lorries being unloaded, stock everywhere, you have to wait for forklifts to move as they are in the road. Dangerous and unacceptable. Not post office fault but it does need sorted.
Twice i have been here in less than 2 weeks and yet again closed due to some pathetic excuse.
I got a missing note on 1/08/2025 now I am going to India I tried to go office but always always close I am worried about my parcel No proper customer care or service to tell my concerns Worst service I have seen in UK I don't even know what happened to my letter And I don't even have any tracking number And in the Google it was showing it is open
Already you dont open the whole day and when people are actually arsed to come and collect their parcels themselves you are nowhere to be found.
Customer service is brilliant, & friendly helpful staff. However, I can only give it 2 stars as every 2 months, maybe less, they change their opening hours. You can't rely on Google for opening hours, as they are changing them that often. Don't even bother phoning them, as they never answer the phone! If you have a tracking number, the best way to get in touch is actually through Twitter, where they are actually really helpful, but you need your tracking number! I'm often getting parcels from Royal Mail & often aren't in, in the week to sign for them, but until recently they stayed open until 8pm on a Thursday I think, at least 1 day it was open until 8pm anyway, but went last Saturday & they've changed their hours again! Now there's no evening opening. If anyone from Burslem DO see's this, when will you settle on opening hours? It's getting ridiculous. If they sort their opening hours out & stop changing them, I'll give a much higher review!
Collection service is beyond poor wep page says open till certain hours turned up twice now closed both times when advertised as open get your times sorted out at Scotia road side as at the min u are a waste of time and very poor service
Although off the beaten track this office is a delight to visit, the staff are always pleasant, professional, and friendly.
From Canada Well I can’t tell about service, seeing as I have been trying to call two weeks several times a day and about a parcel that was sent and they can’t seem to answer the phone they just hang up. Sorry but if they don’t take the time to answer people it reflects very poorly on the Institution not impressed
ROYAL MAIL need to keep and extend the hours of this service rather than cutting it as planned much better quicker than post office etc
Needed to collect a large package from the depo because the delivery driver didn’t write the tracking number on the note he left. This meant I wasn’t able to re-schedule the delivery online or anything. The first time I walled down to the depo (about 20 minutes) and they were all standing outside on strike. I just got back from my second trip to the depo and I still could not collect my package. I arrived to find 6 other people standing outside wondering why the depo was closed when it clearly says on the door that it should be open today. Eventually we all gave up and left. So it’s been over a week and I still haven’t been able to receive my package. I’m now concerned that they’ll end up sending it back to the seller. So frustrating. They need to get their act together.
