   I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL! I had the best time at Thoresby, 6 years ago. It's a place where equality is heavily valued, it makes even the shyest children, become confident and outgoing by Year 4! Most of the teachers are loved and looked up to by the students, its also very laid back and relaxed, which is great for over-stressers like my younger sister! they let the children take control; eg. they have a student council (a democracy lol!) who will take into consideration what students want, like the food for the school disco, or decorations for parties etc. They also have this great thing called enterprise week, which I ADORED as a kid, where each class worked together to design, make and market our own products to sell in the school enterprise fair, this taught us teamwork, business, and money skills, and also created beautiful, lasting memories with our peers. My only complaint, is to take bullying more seriously, I remember; my younger brother, who's now in year 10, got bullied from FS2 to Year 3. My parents told the school multiple times, but they didn't do much, and he was miserable; in the end, we had to deal with the bully ourselves. So please, pay more attention to this and punish bullies accordingly, or they'll never stop. And if a teacher sees a student alone, try to include them in others games, to make them feel loved, trust me, it would mean so much to them. All in all, the times spent in primary school are usually the best, i wish i could go back.
