   William was absolutely brilliant! He handled a major drain blockage with speed and professionalism. What really stood out was that the problem wasn’t just ours, it was affecting our neighbour and the whole road. William went the extra mile and sorted it all, leaving everything running perfectly again. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and was friendly and approachable throughout.    I had an ongoing issue with my septic tank. After receiving a very poor service from Depawater who left my tank in a dangerous state. I called William, he came out and had the issue sorted in a short while. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated William and Lee sorting out the ongoing problem.    Having a problem with my septic tank filling to the brim, I telephoned William on a Saturday afternoon ( bank holiday weekend ), hoping that I might get him booked maybe for the Monday morning. He came out to me that very afternoon, emptied the full tank and subsequently diagnosed a problem with the discharge pump. He then proceeded to carry out an electrical repair on it and set up everything in the system as it should be. The tank is now operating perfectly which is a great relief. From start to finish, I couldn't praise enough his knowledge and expertise and above all genuine attitude to his work. What struck me most, was his enthusiasm and willingness to get my system back up and running again, whatever that required him to do. in this day and age, finding someone to carry out this high level of service is few and far between. I hope people searching online read this review and make him their go to guy. Many thanks William
