NEBOSH NG1 and NG2 course. The response times are good, the course material is pretty good but does contain a few grammatical errors. The work books for you to print out are often not spaced out very well between sub elements so you're left with either lots of blank pages or not enough room for all your notes.
Don't do your course here. Luke Ryan is helpful. But the company it's self is not great. Badly designed system, badly designed slides and learning materials. They won't help you with feedback. And just say nebosh don't allow it as an excuse. Basically they just want money for everythingggggg. I have requested a refund, let's see how it goes. Could go on.
Avoid like the plague, Spent thousands and got nothing. If your looking for support - your best off looking down your garden - you wont get any with Sheilds. If your doing NEBOSH you'll have strange interviews on web cam with people in south africa who have no idea what your studying. As for Emma Wiles who wrote what has to be the most unprofessional email ive seen in my life - I was asking for help. But no it was a door closed shut please pay more money. Not even the slightest sign of help to a student. Oh and by the way, when you do take an exam you will have to chase for feedback, and if you're thinking a tutor or someone on the support side might reach out and help- think again. Using Sheilds for training was the biggest waste of money and time. Please if you're going to consider using them, DO NOT!
**Update** First of all, we had to ask for an invoice, you didnt send one by yourself as you should and second there is no option on your website for company details. We sent you the company details and you replied once with wrong company details. After that we sent another 3 emails with no reply from you, so i dont know which imaginary team of yours actioned numerous requests unless that team is Rebecca who went on vacation....give her a raise and while at it give yourself one as well for being great at lying.... Chased them for an invoice for months that was being sent with wrong details. After a while they would not even respond, worst support i have ever seen. Paid VAT even though it was a company purchase. Would not reccomend.
Poor quality training, false information given to students, and appalling customer service. Definitely do not recommend. Cheap deals for cheap products, that is it!
I had done my IGC in 2009 from here and had good experience. Now looking for IDip hope they must have been better by now.
SHEilds have never let down. It's been a fantastic service for the full process. The after care and support team are second to none. I cannot give this company enough praise. In my humble opinion they are by far leading the way in their field. Thank you again for all your help.

Very poor quality service. Spent a fortune with this company over the years and recently enrolled on a NEBOSH Diploma. My online dashboard was not working correctly so I emailed them to resolve it. All I got was excuses and a poor attempt of compensation. Left with no choice but to complain to NEBOSH directly as the managing director of SHEILDS Steve Bilton gave me an unsatisfactory resolution. Be Careful when ordering a course.
