Friendly and efficient as always. The ladies are extremely helpful and suggest books I wouldn't maybe pick which invariably I enjoy- I can't praise them highly enough.
just experienced my bus pass out of date (very embarrassed) and returning back I called in the library for the form, bear in mind it was 6:00 pm. The Librarian was so kind and helpful, I filled it in, there and then,she checked it over and said it would be sent off in the morning. A great service, thank you once again. Martin
