Recently used them, to be fair they explained they don’t do casual laundry but agreed to do it as we had just moved into a house and were in a pinch. The guy was rude to my partner when he picked up the bags and when we got them home every item smelled worse than when we dropped them off. Not sure if they were annoyed they were washing items they don’t usually wash, either way we paid to have bedding and clothes cleaned and now we’re going elsewhere to somewhere that can do it properly. Really can’t get over how bad everything smells.
