Last owner just sold buisness without telling clients, you would think that would be important, new owners didn't tell clients until they turn up at appointment, and now just randomly close down without mentioning it too. Last phone call was a weird no electric will phone when it's sorted. Thanks a bunch
Our dog came back timid, still damp and the perfume they put on her was giving me a headache as they doused her in it and was too overpowering. Can’t imagine how she must have found it. They weren’t doing a cut but, I did ask them to trim her ‘trousers’ but they didn’t and cut the end of her tail off square which looks a little odd. They also didn’t cut one of her nails which I specifically came in for. Staff seemed a little unprofessional too unfortunately. Never had an issue with them before with my last dog but I can’t say that I’d ever return now. Especially with the price.
We have been using A Cut above the rest for some time now. Always super friendly and do a great job. Our dog has just gone in for his pre Christmas groom and they had given him this jumper as a Christmas present. How lovely - thank you!
Cut above the rest and cut above beyond, great service as our dog can't socialise with other dogs properly I asked maybe for an out of hours service, the lady was out to us with in an hour, so friendly and efficient, fingers crossed no more clawing at her head now, highly recommend these guys, thank you so much for your service will always use again
I hate to give negative reviews but sadly A cut above the rest does not live up to its name... I arrived at 4pm today having rang this morning to see if I could get my dogs nails cut. I was told to just pop along anytime so you would think an hour before the advertised closing time would be ok... Wrong. They were closed. Needless to say I won't be returning.
Took my 11 year old white staff in for a wash and dry they done a brilliant job he came out almost shiny white and he loved every minute of it! They made him very comfortable and at ease the whole time which made me feel the same way! Worth every penny! We will be back!
Been going there for years. Put down the nicks had occured on my dogs as something that just happened. But last visit was charged £50 each to bath & clipper 2 dogs that were done 8 weeks earlier. I paid, as you do, but expressed my extremem unhappiness and the girl said she'd get Sue to phone. She never did.
