Lucy at paws and relax was an absolute superstar when it came to my precious chichi. She put both of us at ease and even put up with me being neurotic with chi’s ailments. Chichi came back refreshed, relaxed and looking beautiful like the long haired chihuahua she was meant to be. Can not recommend enough!!!!

Lucy provides a superb, friendly and professional grooming and teeth cleaning service. Our Cavapoo loves going there and always looks great when I pick her up and the newly groomed look lasts longer than from any other groomer that she has been to. Lovely Lucy did my first puppy groom. Poppy was well looked after and looked beautiful and tidy. Lucy made me feel reassured and I was less anxious as she was patient, well experienced and confident with my pup. Our little pooch had her first groom done today here. She has come back looking perfect, smelling wonderful and has a cute little bow on her collar (got to say that’s an amazing touch!) Our dog is very anxious and has separation anxiety but she was so well looked after. The service was brilliant, from the booking to the appointment! Communication was spot on too and getting a text reminder the evening before was great. Would highly recommend. Can’t wait to take her to her next groom!
The best cut our Teddy has ever had - can't recommend enough! Fantastic - even my husband was happy and that's saying something!!! Unfortunately, Teddy is a bit camera shy!
